**Payroll and HR Administrator**
As in house payroll and HR administrator, your role will support the business operation and senior management team with functions related to our people.
Duties include:
Performing weekly and monthly payroll functions, processing payslips and pension contributions. (BrightPay & Xero experience an advantage.)
Answering day-to-day staff enquiries.
Managing holidays and tracking absence.
Providing the business with HR management information.
Assisting with training arrangements for staff.
Supporting managers with disciplinaries and performance management interviews.
General administration and office management duties including purchasing of uniform and office supplies.
Participating in activities to achieve the social value commitments for the business.
