Our client requires a Data Administrator to provide support to the HSEQ Team, the wider Operations Teams, and be responsible for the coordination of all monitoring and reporting activities related to fleet performance and implementation of the Integrated Management System.
In addition, as Data Administrator you will also act as the designated Drug and Alcohol Testing Coordinator.

- Knowledge in Root Cause Analysis.-
- An individual who demonstrates excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communications skills.Knowledge in International Maritime Regulation (ISM Code) and ISO Standards (9001, 14001 and 45001) is beneficial but not essential.-
- Knowledge in Maritime statutory requirements (SOLAS and MARPOL) advantageous.**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Work closely with all members of the Fleet, Ship, and Shore, in support of an effective implementation of the Integrated Management System (“the Management System”) and continuous improvement.-
- Support monitoring of the ‘Observation Module’, carry out periodical quality check to ensure correct categorization and work-flow status.-
- Assist in system checks to ensure correct workflow and processes are being followed. Provide support and guidance where required.-
- Check and upload Senior Management Visit Reports and External Audit Reports into the inspection system.-
- Assist with collation of information and data to meet customers and company reporting requirements.-
- Monitor completion of all Vessel internal inspections and update to tracker on Master KPI Log; prepare monthly and quarterly HSEQ KPI reports and Coordinate and provide HSEQ KPI reporting for business unit & customers.-
- Monitor fleet status of response actions to Fleet Notices, Safety Alerts and Fleet Campaigns.-
- Prepare agenda, coordinate attendance, and contribute to presentation for office HSEQ meeting. Record meeting and upload to Vessel folders.-
- Carry out monthly checks and maintain/up to date ERT Room related documents including inventory checks of ERT plans and drawings. Maintain Emergency Contact List.-
- Provide administrative support to the HSEQ team. This includes maintenance and upkeep of the HSEQ SharePoint filing system.-
- Conduct quarterly update of Vessel Performance Factor data and monthly update of spreadsheets for Vessel trends - Injuries, Hazards, Stop Work, Near Misses and Incidents.-
- Carry out quality check of Health Incidents; review and approve.-
- Carry out project work as guided by HSEQ Manager.-
- Circulate Fleet shares to Vessels and track responses to Fleet Notices and Safety Alerts.-
- Monitor Vessel Internal ISM Code Reviews and maintain tracker, External Audits, distribute status on a monthly basis and maintain tracker and monitor External ISO audit schedule for the vessels.-
- Participate as a member of the ERT, and closely monitor the drill planner and action logs, supporting where needed.-
- Support HSEQ Manager with quarterly input to Balanced Scorecard and HSE campaigns and HSE articles.-
- Update Fleet Sharing Tracker for HSEQ documents shared with Fleet.-
- Support monitoring of fleet communication to HSEQ and DPA mailboxes and notify team member accordingly.-
- Collate HSEQ Team minutes for weekly Operations meetings and provide updates when required.-
- Assist with monitoring Incident Investigation Report status and Monitor Green Award schedule.-
- Record details of approved Temporary Deviations from Company Procedures on tracker.**REMUNERATION PACKAGE ON OFFER**
