We are looking to expand our permanent division and we will be adding several experienced work remote recruiters to our team. The role itself will be fully remote, however, if you do decide you want to pop into the office, we can offer a hybrid role too.

Newstaff is not your average recruitment agency. We are believers in “what you put in, you get out” and we make sure that every one of our team has all the resources they need to succeed in the recruitment world. We allow our consultants to run their ownbusiness, within a business, allowing them to build their revenue stream, within our existing business, as well as give them support for growth.

Remote recruitment consultant key responsibilities:

- A minimum of 3 years 360 agency recruitment across any sector
- Able to build revenue by nurturing existing clients and bringing on new ones
- Boolean searching experience
- A desire to offer first-class communication
- Able to listen/ build relationships with all levels of stakeholders
- Attention to detail/ value the importance of a fully administered database

- £24,000 per annum + uncapped commission

Additional:

- Target - billing £150,000-£200,000 per annum
- This is a remote role, so you should be comfortable working from home and have access to a reliable internet connection
