**The team**
We are looking for a People Operations Administrator to join our team in London. In this role, you will get exposure to all areas of People (HR) and support the entire employee lifecycle for the UK. You will also be a part of the wider Global People OperationsTeam, helping to ensure all processes are followed consistently.
**What will you be doing?**:
- Be the face of the People Operations team to the business by being the go-to person for answering employee questions.
- Manage all stages of onboarding new Circlers; from liaising with Talent Acquisition, setting up an employee profile, working with IT to ensure a seamless pre-joining experience, leading the first day onboarding, organising and running company inductionsand answering all new starter queries.
- Support the rest of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between
- Be running Right to Work checks, including Visa processes and compliance.
- Keep our employee files up to date and organised.
- Assist with our benefits administration and solving all employee queries related to benefits.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the HR systems by carrying out regular audit checks.
- Support with the compilation and completion of monthly payroll.
- Partner with Funding Circle's People, IT, Finance and Compliance teams to ensure all processes are followed.
- Drive continuous improvement in our processes.
**Are you?**:
- You've worked in an administration or coordination type role before and are highly organised with the ability to prioritise. Experience in People Operations is not necessary - you might've worked in a Finance or Data team before, for example.
- You are comfortable with Google Sheets and/ or Excel (we predominantly use G-Suite).
- You're systems savvy: in this role you will work with a number of systems such as HiBob, Jobvite, SAP Litmos and G-Suite.
- You have a passion for data and understand how important it is to drive People-related decisions.
- You are comfortable talking to colleagues of all levels of seniority.
- You are friendly and professional both in your internal and external communication.
- You can show us you have a passion for building a career in HR.
