- Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities - empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
- Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
- Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.
- Work across various shift patterns including early, late, weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.

**Your Service**

Frinton House is a bright, bustling home that gives the people living there the independence and freedom of their own space to decorate and manage but with plenty of support - not only with their daily needs, but with their personal goals too. People attend local colleges, get involved with cooking and running their home and go to regular fitness classes.
