The Opportunity
GPN’s internal Global Creative Services department are looking for a Sr. Art Director to help bring our brands visual identity to life in a compelling and consistent way - across 7 international teams (UKI, Central Europe, China, Middle East + Turkey + Africa, India, Oceania, and Asia). This role will report into our (US-Based) Global Creative Services team - directly to the Global Digital Creative Director.
- From concept to final execution - this role will be responsible for the Art Direction across several mediums. Focusing on digital, social media, and e-retailers (e.g. Amazon); but also extending to POS, print, websites, and athlete/influencer content guidelines across our international brands.
- A “hands-on” role, the Sr Art director will oversee regional design teams, regional agency partners, and lead-by-example in the production of their own design projects (90% Digital, 10% Print).
- Work with regional designers, brand, external agency partners to ensure creative in market follows the pre-determined guidelines and visual standards for each brand.
- Work with Creative Leadership to develop or extend existing visual guidelines for global and regional campaigns as needed.
- Present conceptual explorations (e.g. campaign ideas, mood boards, prototypes, etc..) to Creative leadership and Brand stakeholders
- Route designs for approvals to appropriate stakeholders via Wrike, ProofHQ, and other workflows.
- Publish finished materials in our webDAM for use by sales and marketing teams.

The Skills you will bring to the team
- 10+ years minimum relevant Art Direction experience within an agency, internal-agency, or equivalent.
- Relevant experience working remotely to manage international teams and/or creative partners.
- Self-motivated, and passionate.
- Able to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and conceive of new ideas in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to manage teams across multiple time zones - steering clear communication through various language and cultural barriers.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe's suite of tools.
- Proficient with design and prototyping in Figma.
- Experience presenting with Keynote / PowerPoint.
- Experience with Animation using Motion Graphics (e.g. After Effects).
- Experience with Photography is a plus.
- Packaging Design experience is a plus.
- Prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- A love for keeping up with the latest design trends.
- Portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design is required.
