Platinum Services is a FREE service that helps students start university all over the UK, based in Oxford, and we have expanded rapidly during the past 5 years. We are now expanding our great team once again and looking for a full-time student support consultant.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional support to students and helping them excel in their academic pursuits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist students with inquiries related to their academic programs, extracurricular activities, and other aspects of student life.
- Calling all prospective students who have inquired.
- Ensuring you are hitting KPI's and Targets set.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events for students
- Provide guidance on navigating the university system, resources, and policies
- Offer support with time management, study skills, and stress management techniques
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in student support services

**Requirements**:

- Experience within a sales role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong sales experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- A genuine interest in student success and a passion for helping others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

**How to Apply**:
Full-time hours: 35 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oxford, OX4 6LB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
