A leading housing association are in need of a Complaints Officer to join their London office.
**Description**
The key responsibilities for a Complaints Officer are:
- Managing and effectively recording complaints onto the complaints database, carrying out checks on the cases and communicating any feedback where improvements are required.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in driving improvement in complaint responses and handling through regular quality assurances.
- Maintain high quality data, reviewing approach to data management as needed.
**Profile**
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Worked in a service recovery/complaint environment.
- Good level of problem solving skills.
