Ensure that parts are efficiently distributed to Service Department technicians. You will be required to sell parts directly to both Retail and Trade customers via telephone, online, and face to face at our Sales counter. Responsible for maintaining stock levels, ordering parts as they are required, and ensuring all parts ordered are delivered and are correct.

Attendance of brand specific training courses internal (e-learning) and external may be required.

**Key responsibilities**
- Answering telephone calls and processing telephone orders
- Using Electronic Parts Catalogue, and our DMS system.
- Dealing with customers via telephone, online and face to face at our Sales counter.
- Identifying parts required for vehicles.
- Sourcing parts for internal and external customers.
- Picking parts.
- Communicating with our Service department.
- Providing a quick and accurate service to our customers.
- Invoicing.
- Stock Management.

**Experience preferred although training can be provided.**

- Use manufacturers electronic parts catalogue and ordering system effectively (Kerridge knowledge desirable).
- Able to work in busy multi franchise environment.
- Enjoys dealing with customers.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of parts.
- Basic computer understanding of excel and word.
- Work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach.
- A flexible and dynamic approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
