This is a fantastic chance to join a company that values its employees and offers great benefitsAs an Internal Sales Parts Advisor, your primary role will be to assist customers with Commercial Vehicle Parts and accessories enquiries, provide basic technical advice, process orders, and nurture strong customer relationships.Ideally Located – Middlesbrough, Malton, Billingham, Stockton on Tees, Thornaby on Tees, Eaglescliffe, Ingleby, Barwick, Yarm, Darlington, Guisborough, Skelton in Cleveland, HartlepoolSalary – Up to £35K + Commission + Pension + 20 Days annual leave (Plus BH 28days total) + No WeekendsKey Responsibilities:Assist customers with commercial vehicle parts enquiries.Provide excellent customer service and technical advice.Handle customer orders and maintain regular communication regarding updates.Proactively make outbound calls to update customers on their orders.Develop and grow customer accounts.Process and manage orders efficiently, keeping internal systems updated.Requirements:Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Proficient with computer systems for order processing and tracking.
