**The Opportunity**

**Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months**

In this role you’ll drive the development of innovative packaging solutions that balance consumer appeal, operational performance, and environmental impact. Working across NPD and EPD projects, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to deliver packaging that meets both today’s demands and tomorrow’s challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead packaging innovation across NPD & EPD pipelines
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to explore sustainable materials
- Manage packaging data, codes, and stage gate processes
- Stay ahead of packaging trends and emerging technologies
- Support continuous improvement in sustainability and functionality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Experience working in packaging or product development
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A passion for innovation and sustainability
