**Role description** We are recruiting for a business Project Manager to work within our Project Management Office (PMO) team based in Bracknell. The PMO is responsible for project managing our most high profile and important business initiatives. It is a highly visible andimportant role, reporting into the Director of Risk & Assurance and working directly with members of the Corporate Services and Sales business’ leadership teams, supporting them in driving our business forward by successfully delivering business change. Therole is very much a hands-on project management role, focused on delivery of business solutions.
**Responsibilities** In this role you will be responsible for several business change projects with key duties including:
- Creating & maintaining project documentation: Plans, scope, schedules, risk/issue logs, budgets, assignment of roles & responsibilities and managing change requests
- Leading project working groups, facilitating workshops and following up on assigned actions with workstream leads
- Working closely with sponsors to identify and resolve any obstacles to project progress, effectively manage stakeholders and drive the project forward to ensure it hits agreed deadlines
- Provide clear reporting on project status, escalating promptly as required to ensure projects keep on track
- Supporting the sponsor in providing updates and communicating out to the wider business on project progress through the year
Experience and Knowledge required:
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Prince2, PMP, MSP, Agile
- Good understanding of Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proven ability to manage competing deliverables on-time, on-budget, on-quality
- Experience of interacting with senior stakeholders, from across the business
- Experience with Project and Resource Management Software Tools
- Understanding of Agile Methodology
- Working with globally dispersed teams
