We are looking for someone to join our IT department as an IT Customer Support Officer. **What you’ll be doing**: In this role, you will offer first line support to include, but is not limited to, software, hardware, faults, moves, additions, changes, and deletions to the IT services we provide to the users in accordance with the IT policies and procedures. **To join our multi skilled IT department, we’re looking for someone with**: - a qualification at Level 2 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework such as GCSEs (3 or more at grades A-C/9-4), Award, Certificate or Diploma at level 2 or equivalent; - good time management and organisational skills; - experience in working with a wide range of people and groups; - knowledge and understanding of Microsoft technologies (Office365, Intune, SccM etc.); and - the ability to work outside normal office hours (the role can be between 7.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Wednesday). - able to work as a first and second line engineer, visiting site as required. Applicants will also need a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle on a daily basis in order to travel throughout the district as required by the business.
