We are looking for someone to take on an run all aspects of our street food restaurant - The Fill-in Kitchen - in the heart of Derby's Cathedral Quarter.

**We are really looking for Chefs who are**:
Enthusiastic and professional with a real passion for food and having fun through hospitality and customer service.

Industry experience in street food, events, or fast paced relaxed restaurants.

A real team player with the ability to manage and support wherever it is needed within the operation.

Health and safety, first aid or food safety is a benefit

**Who is Fare Traders?**

In a nutshell - we **repurpose empty hospitality venues**, in prime locations, to create a platform to support new and emerging food concepts. Using all our business knowledge to make a noticeable positive everyday impact to our high streets.
