Here at GXO, we are currently looking for a full-time, permanent **Warehouse Administrator** to join our team in **Milton Keynes **working in partnership with our customer **M&S** at their distribution centre.

You will be working on **‘any 5 from 7’** shift pattern with the hours of **06:00-14:00**.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Maintain departmental spreadsheets and reports as required to ensure the integrity of KPI data
- Stock counting, inventory adjustment, ordering and releasing, returns and transfer functions and auditing
- Managing goods in and dispatch orders
- Liaise and develop relationships with internal and external customers

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience in a similar role and environment
- Understanding and knowledge of warehouse routines and systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service skills
