Local (non call centre) office based business looking for a professional Customer Service Advisor to join their busy internal team on a Permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who has pride to give exceptional customer service support noselling involved. You will be working full time Monday-Friday 9-5 with many additional benefits. During very busy seasonal demand times there may be odd requirements to work an occasional Sat/Sun however a day off in lieu will be given. This is currentlynegotiable.

Duties for the Customer service Advisor role include:
Speaking to high profile customers via telephone to deal with queries and making arrangements as required. Good organisational skills are required.

Following up with Administration duties

Data input onto the internal system.

Keeping records and ensuring paperwork is well-organised.

Work within a team to assist with work load

To be considered for this Customer Services position, you will need to have:
Strong customer service skills and excellent telephone manner.

Be happy to be a team player

Be flexible in duties carried out

Administration competencies.
