**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Clinic Coordinator to support our doctors and nurses during treatments, ensure efficient stock management, and accurately document all procedures. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience as a dental nurse or in a similar clinical support role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist doctors and nurses during patient treatments, ensuring smooth workflow and patient comfort.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment and materials are ready and compliant with clinic protocols.
- Accurately document all treatments and clinical notes in patient records during and after procedures.
- Manage and monitor stock levels at all times, placing orders and maintaining inventory to avoid shortages.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, infection control, and clinical safety within the clinic.
- Liaise with patients, providing reassurance and clear communication before, during, and after their treatments.
- Support the team with daily clinic operations, including appointment scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a dental nurse or in a clinical support role is essential.
- NVQ Level 3 in Dental Nursing or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and stock control processes.
- A caring, professional, and proactive approach to patient care.

Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
