Global Reach Staffing Solutions are looking for an "Experienced" Warehouse coordinator with a solid proven track record of stores, both goods in / out. You will be the sole source for the store's department, so the experience is essential with using computer systems to book goods in and out, ensuring all pallets are packed and ready for dispatch. This is working with a smaller company so you will be able to make your stamp on the stores area but ensuring it runs smoothley and kept clean and tidy. Warehouse Coordinator Responsibilities - Proven experience working in a warehouse environment. - Booking goods in / out - The ability to safely operate warehouse machinery and equipment. - The ability to lift and move heavy objects. - The ability to stand for extended periods. - Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication skills. - Detail-oriented. Warehouse Coordinator Requirements - Signing for deliveries upon receipt and verifying that the correct merchandise has been received. - Thoroughly inspecting merchandise for any damages and discrepancies. - Maintaining an accurate record of all merchandise received and distributed. - Contacting suppliers or distributors to resolve any shipment or delivery issues. - Using hand carts, or pallet jacks to load, unload, move, stack, and arrange merchandise accordingly. - Strategically storing merchandise to maximize storage space within the warehouse. - Promptly processing distribution orders or requests, which includes retrieving specified merchandise from storage as well as packing, sealing, and labelling merchandise accordingly. - Proven experience working in a warehouse environment. - Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication skills. - Detail-oriented. The hours of work are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
