**Role Overview**

As a Property Consultant at Sky View Real Estate, you will play a key role in guiding clients through property sales, leasing, and investment decisions. From understanding client needs to closing deals, you will deliver personalized solutions backed by deep market knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Advise clients on property sales, leasing, and investments
- Conduct property viewings and site visits
- Negotiate and finalize sales or lease agreements
- Stay updated with Dubai market trends and regulations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with a high-performing, supportive team

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate, sales, or consulting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
- In-depth understanding of property markets (UK or UAE knowledge a plus)
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and professional
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus)
