Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for **Korean speaking Marketing Strategy Planning Manager** who will lead strategic planning and directly report to Head of Marketing Planning team. Working closely with CEO and CMO of Europe,you will support senior executives to make decisions.

**[Key Responsibilities]
**(1)Support the evolution, integration and implementation of CEO’s vision and direction.

(2) Define priorities across marketing teams, drive the project forward in collaboration with wider marketing teams - Brand, Digital, CRM, and PR - and relevant teams in HQ.

(3) Lead sophisticated, multi-disciplinary marketing projects from start to finish, lead project schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate goals/findings/results to senior executives.

(4) Develop collaborative and strong credible relationships with wider European teams and HQ.

(5) Craft and develop concise reports for senior collaborators, VP and above, actively promoting European marketing team’s performance - word doc, PowerPoint

(6) Coordinate and deliver ad-hoc business/marketing critical metric analysis reports to support business decision makers.

(7) Define and manage the process, timings and outputs of the operational planning framework, ensuring that all Marketing functions deliver plans that support the delivery of strategic and commercial objectives.

(8) Ensure brand consistency and quality control of all collateral and communications being used internally and externally across European countries

**[Requirements]**
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English (fluent English is required as the VP is a non-Korean speaker)

(2) Must have minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience **in marketing**

(3) Project managing experience in large-sized and international corporation

(4) Knowledge across the full marketing mix including ATL, Digital, and BTL

(5) Contribute to delivering successful marketing campaigns and/or product launches

(6) Presentation and communication skills, conveying complex concepts through visuals and words

(7) Ability to work with different cultures and in cross functional teams

**[Conditions]**
(1) Job location: Chertsey, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)

(2) Job type: full-time & ongoing contract

(3) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week **(hybrid working: 3 days in the office / 2 days work from home)**

(4) Basic salary: Up to £47K (depending on experience)

(5) Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays

(6) Performance based bonus, access to staff sales discount

(7) Government pension auto-enrolment from 12 weeks
