At Ryman we have a fantastic opportunity to join our Ecommerce Team. Since 1893, Ryman has been going from strength to strength, with 191 stores and a strong e-commerce presence we are looking for a strong ecommerce merchandiser to join our team on a 6-9 Month Maternity cover. Please note that we operate a hybrid working model but need to be in the office 4 days per week.

**The Role**:
As Ecommerce Merchandiser you will be responsible for growing sales, improving conversion and identifying opportunities for your product categories. You’ll merchandise the website, managing promotional content and product launches, in addition to ensuring product listing and landing pages are always fully optimised. You’ll be working across teams, contributing to the development and execution of robust trading plans with the E-commerce Manager, Buyers & & Marketing.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Merchandise the website ensuring product listing and landing pages are fully optimised
- Work with the Buying and Marketing teams to plan new launches, brand stores and online specific campaigns
- Review weekly category sales data and site KPIs to identify issues and opportunities
- Develop a strong understanding of the current market and competitor activity for your categories, reviewing product ranges, pricing and onsite delivery
- Propose and implement A/B testing to improve onsite performance
- Manage projects to implement new functionality and site enhancement
- Work with Stock Planning & Buyers to flag any sales risks from out of stocks
