We have an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused administrator to provide efficient and high-quality administrative support to the Healthy Homes Team and our commercial customers.
The administrative responsibilities for this role will include; liaising with customers, the management team and third parties in relation to commercial and reactive works to ensure the raising, planning, scheduling and monitoring of work orders are actioned. You will also be entrusted with timely and accurate data entry into our IT systems to maintain the various stages of inspections. You will assist in generating and processing invoices for completed works as well as general administrative duties relating to disrepair, Healthy Homes, voids and responsive repairs as needed by the team.
We would love if you have the following:

Previous experience within repairs, scheduling and general administration.

Excellent IT Skills (proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word)

Accuracy and attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong ability to organise systems, processes and people efficiently.

Highly self-organised with excellent skills.

Excellent customer service and analytical skills.

Highly numerate
