**About the department**

With around 30 dedicated team members, we work hard to help reduce anti-social behaviour and are part of a Neighbourhood team that provides housing management services from letting and managing homes to employment and wellbeing support.
We take pride in our neighbourhoods and are committed to improving communities and targeting work where it is most needed.

**About the role**
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all our residents is our absolute priority and you will assist the Neighbourhood Safety team in their work to help reduce anti-social behaviour and support safeguarding to make a real difference within our communities.
You will provide administrative support to the whole team and will assist case officers in low level anti-social behaviour case management where necessary.
You will help with investigations, making initial checks on certain case types and managing equipment and databases for the team.
As someone who is comfortable in a customer-facing role, you will be supporting witnesses and making referrals to other agencies.
You will also gain experience of interviewing a wide range of customers by attending visits with experienced officers.
