We are now recruiting for a Neighbourhood Officer to join an established housing provider in Manchester. This is a full-time position with 37 hours a week, with hybrid work available. The role is on a temporary basis, covering leave for a minimum term of 3 months. We are offeringpetitive hourly rates, ranging from £ to £ and the option to be paid PAYE or Umbrella. Your new role Minimise letting times and reduce rent losses through proactive tenancy management.Conduct regular inspections of estates and blocks to ensure safety and cleanliness.Take swift action to address environmental issues and maintain well-keptmunal areas.Carry out routine tenancy visits to assess support needs and verify property conditions.Identify and resolve issues related to damp, mould, and condensation.Investigate and address tenancy fraud, under-occupation, and breaches of tenancy conditions.Ensure fullpliance with tenancy agreements and housing policies.What you'll need to succeed Experience in a similar Neighbourhood/Housing role within Social Housing.Experience in investigating and responding to cases of low to medium level ASB.Experience managingplex cases and independently handling case loads.A Basic DBS is essential for this role.A Full Driving Licence and valid business insurance are required.What you'll get in return Weekly PayOption to be paid PAYE or Umbrella Hybrid Working
