**Job summary**:
**Job description**:
This is a full time role, however, part time will be considered.
**Interview Date**: 18th & 19th July.
**Location**: Hybrid working from either our Birmingham or Newcastle - Upon - Tyne office.
**Person specification**:
**Essential**:
- Ability to analyse a range of information in order to make evidence-based judgements, to challenge when appropriate and to manage risk.
- Good planning, organisation and time management skills. Managing your workload to meet targets and handle competing priorities alongside, the confidence to continually seek and act on feedback to evaluate and improve your own performance.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships, working within a large team and demonstrating a strong commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion with strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.
**Desirable**:
- Understand the communities we work with and how we make a difference through our funding.
- The ability to understand and assess data and financial information.
- Knowledge of the social policy environment and the role of the third sector
- Proactively share learning, knowledge and information, and make improvements by working with colleagues
