**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
- Take food and drink orders accurately, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly.
- Support catering events as needed, assisting with setup, service, and breakdown.
- Participate in training sessions related to hospitality best practices and food preparation techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to help others is crucial for success in this role.
- Experience in bartending or catering is considered an asset but not mandatory.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.94-£14.38 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 14 per week
