You’ll be working closely with your team mates to deliver the best service possible on Front of House. You’ll be led by an experienced management team alongside a team of passionate & confident individuals.

Bar experience and knowledge of cocktails is handy but not essential, as long as you’re willing to learn, we will show you the ropes We want someone who’s passionate about delivering the best customer service and working with your teammates to do so.

**Responsibilities**:
As a key member of our Front of House team, you will:

- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome, valued, and eager to return
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting venue for all guests and team members
- Handle transactions and manage the use of POS systems accurately
- Bring a genuine passion and energy to your team and work together to communicate and provide an unforgettable experience for guests.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Exceptional communication skills
- A positive, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £9.00-£13.00 per hour
