This is a challenging and demanding role within our support services. The Administrator will be responsible for the administrative and clerical support to members of the service staff, co-ordinating and supporting the day-to-day administration functions as such is key to the success of the support we provide. Working closely with the Regional Administration Manager and Service Managers to support with the service administration requirements and logístical functions of individual services, such as rota development, handling the administration function of somedatabases and local and organisational processes. - Experience in using a variety of computer packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams - Proficient keyboard skills as well as working knowledge of rota systems - Excellent oral and written communication skills and organisational skills - Proven experience working in administration and a sound understanding of the support requirements involved in providing a professional service in a fast paced environment. - Comfortable and proficient in working under pressure, multitasking to tight deadlines and managing time-lined priorities efficiently - Attention to detail is a key requirement as you will have oversight of many key staff operational processes: absence, training and keeping staff records up to date.
