Administration Officer

We are looking for an **Administration Assistant **to join our office, based at our factory in Colliers Wood, London. You’ll be working as part of a small, friendly team that includes Managers, Manufacturing Staff and Field Surveyors.
**You’ll need excellent written and numerical skills. You must have accurate data input skills and a strong eye for detail. Accuracy and consistency are incredibly important in this role.**
**Experience of working with MS Excel and Outlook is essential**. The role requires processing of order forms and surveys, which will need to be administered in our custom built excel programmes. You will be given full training on how to use these programmes but a good understanding of excel is required as a base.
Main responsibilities:
- Processing order forms and producing worksheets for the factory
- Answering the phones and taking messages
- Liaising with the Production Manager regarding purchasing and stock management
- Assisting with Health & Safety. For example, conducting our weekly fire checks, checking staff are following H&S procedures, monitoring our security system for faults
Salary starts at an hourly rate £13.00 and reviewed regularly
