**Job Title: Administrator**
**Salary: £11 per hour**

**Work Location: Scunthorpe**
**Hours of Work: 21 hours per week, Monday Friday (Days)**

**Here at the Suttons Tankers, we have the opportunity for an Administrator to join our team at Scunthorpe**

As an Administrator within the team here at Suttons, youll be fundamental to the department providing administrative support for the various transport activities.

**Education**
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player and strong communicator with IT skills
- Strong administration skills, knowledge of excel & word
- Ability to plan, prioritise workload and deadlines without supervision
- High levels of driver, enthusiasm and attention to detail
- Customer focused

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining smart analysis
- Driver calendar, holiday bookings
- Stationary/equipment/uniform ordering.
- Raising purchase orders
- Answering customer queries
- Filing & administration of transport documents
