Permanent role | Full-Time - Monday to Friday
Up to £22,000 depending on experience
Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with a leading client in Edinburgh to recruit an Administrative & Ledger Assistant on a Full-Time permanent basis. The main purpose of this role will be to liaise with customers & colleagues alongside administrationsupport across the business.
Duties involved in this role will include:
- Inputting new projects onto internal systems
- Purchase & Sales Ledger processing
- Processing timesheets & maintaining attendance records
- Other ad hoc admin duties as required
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
- Previous, recent and relevant experience in an Admin role
- Experience of SAGE is a distinct advantage
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a very busy workload effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
