**For this role, you will have a full driving licence, access to your own vehicle and be willing to travel between stores.**

As a Team Leader, you’ll be managing a group of approx. 20 merchandisers, providing excellent field marketing support in various retail stores, for exciting brands such as L’Oreal, Proctor & Gamble, Bacardi, Duracell, Tesco, Sainsbury and many more
You’ll be part of a field-based team carrying out a variety of tasks, spending approximately half your time on merchandising tasks in stores, and half your time managing your team.
You’ll be supervising and training your team to ensure they’re delivering excellent service for our clients and delivering to agreed measures and deadlines. Merchandising tasks include setting up Point of Sale displays, checking stock levels and replenishing fixtures. Every day is different and rewarding
