Transport Controller

**Goldman & Fine Group is looking to recruit a Transport Controller for an auto repair centre in the Peterborough area (5094).**

Due to continued success, our client requires a hardworking Transport Controller.

Within this role, you will be responsible for supporting clients in the coordination and supervision of the transport fleet. You will need to ensure that business operation is efficiently ran to maximise customer satisfaction.

Main duties include (not limited to):

- Supervising the transport team, ensuring all vehicles are delivered and collected
- Managing the courtesy car fleet, overtime, cost control and sublet requirements
- Carrying out frequent health and safety reports and make sure these are completed by drivers
- Managing inspections and repairs of the fleet through daily inspections

**You should ideally have the following**:

- Experience and driven due to the fast paced dynamic of the role
- Previous bodyshop accident transport controller experience
- A proven track record of being a good leader, motivating staff to deliver quality service
- Understanding of mechanical principles relevant to role.
