Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have exceptional hospitality skills, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking their orders and making recommendations
- Create unique and innovative cocktails based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic maths for handling cash transactions
- Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology trends
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
