The Chequers is a privately own hotel with its own bar and restaurant.

We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We have function rooms for events (birthdays, weddings, meetings).

We are looking for a reliable enthusiastic individual to greet customers and offer restaurant/ drink menus, answer questions about menu offerings, process food and drink orders, carry food and drinks from kitchen to tables, and prepare bills and process payments. Close down procedures such as closing the bar, polishing plates and cutlery, restocking fridges.

Pay starts at £9.50 per hour, it may differ if you are under 20 years old.
