We are seeking a Branch Champion / Front of House person to join our Nottingham FordStore Showroom. This role will see you act as the face and voice of Sandicliffe Ford, greeting sales and service customers face to face.

This role could suit someone who has worked previously meeting and greeting visitors to your site. Booking appointments and taking messages. All whilst providing excellent customer service to all visitors to the business, being as helpful as possible.

**Hours to be covered are 8am-6pm Thursday, Friday & 8am-1pm every other Saturday (1 in 2)**
**Worked as part of a job share, 2 Full Days, with 1 in 2 Saturdays worked**

**You MUST be available to cover any holidays with your colleague**

**What will I do on a daily basis?**
Greet all dealership visitors in a friendly and professional manner, showing service customers the new technology available for checking in
- Assisting with queries and passing to the relevant department or team member
- Provide refreshments for dealership visitors and ensure the seating and refreshment area is tidy
- Assist with administrative tasks and phone calls as required

**Required Skills and Experience**
We require a friendly, professional, applicant with strong communication and IT skills. Previous experience in customer facing roles would be preferred but not essential.
In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Attention to detail

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £7.24-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
