We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape and execute supply chain strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure customer satisfaction across global markets.**Visionary. Versatile. - To build the picture a little more, key areas of responsibility include:
Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain and procurement team
- Oversee procurement, planning, inventory, and supplier performance
- Negotiate with OEMs and suppliers to secure quality and value
- Implement process improvements and ERP integration
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage risk and ensure supply chain resilience-

- You’re a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading supply chain functions. You bring a strong external outlook, a passion for excellence, and the ability to influence and drive change across the business.-
- Proven leadership and team development experience.
- Expertise in MRP, PFEP, strategic sourcing, and supplier cost management.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles.
- Proficiency in supplier contract management and dispute resolution.
- Familiarity with lean tools (Kanban, VSM, 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
