As the Travel and Supply Chain Administrator you will be responsible for arranging and confirming all business travel bookings, this includes both transport and hotels. You will ensure that all travel complies with the Travel Policy and create weekly travel reports. You will also handle cancellations and amendments and compare invoices with travel transactions to validate every charge, ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely manner.

Alongside this you will provide support to the Supply Chain team by carrying out general administrative duties. Our Supply Chain department consists of both strategic components, for example optimising the network of product sourcing / distribution and collaboration with partners, as well as tactical and operational components, such as demand forecasting, order processing, materials sourcing, production control, and distribution planning, scheduling and inventory management.

- **Organisation skills -** record keeping is a key part of this job; strong organisation skills help track bookings and orders and keep accurate records
- **Time management -** the Administrator needs to prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met, bookings are made and verify that orders come in when expected
- **Teamwork -** the Administrator will work closely with other SCM team members, and the wider business, so they must maintain a professional and helpful demeanour
- **Attention to detail** - processing new travel requests and supplier agreements requires high levels of accuracy to ensure requests are made in a timely manner
