**More about your role**
With an exciting and ambitious marketing strategy in place, we are looking for a Marketing and Content Coordinator to come and join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will support the planning and delivery of marketing activities, spanning both B2C and B2B, to help deliver a fantastic experience for customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
The postholder will be a coordinator of cross-region marketing and content activities, collaborating with our regional Sales and Marketing teams to deliver impactful multi-channel marketing activities across both online and offline. The individual will work with colleagues to help refine an end-to-end customer experience journey content plan from initial point of enquiry, through the sales process and into aftercare, working across web, CRM and printed materials. Also in support of the Senior PR and Content Executive, this person will offer valuable support to coordinate our awards submissions and external media relations activities.
This is an exciting, hands-on role which would suit a highly organised but innovative and creative communicator who can solve problems, meet deadlines and turn their hand to carefully crafting engaging content. **Please note: This role is an agile role, however the successful applicant will be expected to travel to our Preston office when required.**

You will have a curious and creative mind, know about up-and-coming digital trends, and have a great understanding of how social media platforms work.
