We are a well-respected and growing Beauty and Aesthetic clinic based on the outskirts of Manchester. Due to the success of the company and growing client base, we are looking for a front of house sales associate to assist patients with their beauty journeys, along side recommending products and pushing retail sales and service. Customer is King here so an amazing level of customer service experience is expected and needed.

Hourly rate of pay starting at £12.00 per hour and increasing with experience and a proven track record or sales. Immediate start available but not essential.

**As a front of house sales associate, your role will entail**:

- Welcoming patients and keeping them engaged, using waiting times as an opportunity to boost sales.
- Checking in Patients through our booking system.
- Setting up the clinic for the day.
- Obtaining consent forms.
- Skin Analysis (full training provided).
- Placing orders for patients and for clinic stock.
- Assisting fulfilment Shopify orders.
- Assisting with restocking, stock checks and other front of house tasks.
- Ad hoc Duties to assist in the running of the clinic.
- Outstanding product knowledge to enable you to recommend the correct products and services for each patient.
- Cleaning and close.
- Be a self-starter, able to use initiative and identify tasks to be completed.
- Be a multitasker, able to keep track of multiple tasks at once.
- Have great energy levels and positivity.
- Have prior sales experience in retail, beauty, or medical services or similar as this is a major part if the role.
- Have amazing customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to keep patients engaged, chatting and build rapport.
- Have an understanding of either the beauty or aesthetics industry.
- Be able to be committed to at least 20 hours per week with a view to increasing to up to 30 hours in the future.
- Have a passion for improving people’s quality of life.
- Able to work evening, weekends, and bank holidays on occasion.
- Be comfortable speaking on the phone and calling patients.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: Up to £12.00 per hour
