This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking and dynamic Change function as part of the BA Managers Team.

You will manage a team of BA’s as well as acting as Lead BA on Programmes and Projects, on offer is a variety of opportunities in a role that will allow you to get involved in exciting projects.

You will have a passion for both leadership and BA Practice. You love to explore new ways of thinking and analysis. You are pragmatic and logical, with a solution-oriented mindset, and can clearly communicate your requirements and ideas.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- line managing a team and be responsible for developing people, carrying out quality one to ones, delivering feedback and coaching.
- Supporting the development of the practice by identifying improvement in ways of working and assessing the quality of the BA’s you are task managing is a key part of the role.
- The Lead BA activities will include developing the analysis approach, managing the analysis backlog and working closely with the project team to ensure successful delivery.

Skills and experience:

- Experience of line management
- Experience of leading/mentoring less experienced BA’s - including quality assessment of deliverable
- Planning analysis activities and approach across large scale programmes
- Managing BA delivery plans for multiple BA’s
- Working knowledge of Agile methodology
- Experience of end-to-end business change projects
- Mortgage Market and related regulation experience is of benefit
- Experience of face to face client engagement as well as working with internal stakeholder

On offer is a salary of up to £65K, generous benefits package, remote working (occasional travel to West Yorkshire) and fully flexible working.
