**The Role**

To work within the Purchasing Department ensuring that customers MTM and Special orders and queries are dealt with promptly, efficiently and accurately.

**Key Tasks**
- Processing of the Made to Measure and special orders
- Dealing with customer queries
- Chasing existing quotes
- Producing Made to Measure quotes for customers
- Liaising with Manufacturers regarding queries and expediting orders as well as back to back orders
- General office administration duties
- To promote and increase the Sales of Made to Measure products
- Reconciling supplier invoices/checking confirmations
- Paperwork scanning
- Excellent organisational skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Knowledge of the kitchen and bedroom industry would be advantageous
- IT Literate
- Must demonstrate good communication skills

**Education/Work Experience**

**Essential**
- Experience of working within a Sales office
- Experience of processing orders
- GCSEs grade 4 and above
