**What are we looking for?**

To work as part of the HR Department and provide a consistent, professional, high quality, timely and customer service focused HR administration/transactional service to key stakeholders throughout the company.

You will be responsible for driving a high quality and efficient customer service to our colleagues, with the needs of our service users, managers and colleagues always being paramount. The role involves providing a full HR administration service as well as supporting the HR Manager & Head of HR with HR queries and providing first line advice. You will provide an excellent, customer focused, HR administration support across the full spectrum of HR, including, but not limited to:

- Supporting with all HR administration relating to the employment lifecycle
- Recruitment and Selection support & ensure Safer Recruitment is occurring at all times.
- Preparation, issuing & collation of all Contractual information and new starter forms
- Asylum and immigration (Right to Work) documentation checks
- Probation administration & reporting
- Maternity, Paternity, adoption, parental leave administration
- Absence Management administration & reporting
- Termination process completion
- Annual Leave queries
- Act as our HR system support function for user queries or access problems, escalating as necessary
- To take ownership of the whole HR administration process and where possible use initiative and liaise with the HR Manager and Head of HR to introduce new efficient ways of working or processes.

You will be the first point of contact for our colleagues and therefore you must be engaging, passionate and positive at all times, ensuring that our company values are lived.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
