Freebridge Community Housing is the largest provider of housing in West Norfolk, set up in 2006 to receive the transfer of homes from the Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk.

**Requirements**:

- Provide professional advice on complex and sensitive queries including ICT projects. Attend meetings, investigate, and direct the delivery process
- Windows Server administration and development of the physical and virtual server estate using Hyper-V and System Center Virtual Machine Manager including Microsoft cloud technologies
- Complete full impact analysis of new software releases and recommend upgrade plans. Review upgrades and fixes available from system software suppliers and identify those which merit action
- Prepare software implementation procedures with fall back contingency plans. Ensure that new versions of system software are properly installed and thoroughly tested
- Liaise with the 2nd / 3rd line team (Senior Business Systems Administrator, Service Desk Manager, Network and Cyber Security Administrator and other ICT System Administrators) as well as third party suppliers to resolve complex support calls

**KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**
- Degree or minimum 4 years' experience in a similar ICT environment
- Microsoft certified or can demonstrate equivalent experience/knowledge
- Experience with Active Directory administration
- Experience with Windows deployment technologies
- Experience of dealing with third party suppliers or service providers
- Experience with Windows Server including 2016/2019 and Client Operating Systems including Windows 10
- Experience with server virtualisation technologies, preferably Hyper-V
