**Main duties of the job**:
You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation and administration skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience.
Previous administration experience is essential. The role will include but is not limited to general administration, minuting meetings, diary management and entering patient data.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment using a range of clinical systems and Microsoft packages. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential.

- NVQ 2 Customer Services or equivalent
- Pitmans/RSA III typing/word processing or equivalent secretarial experience at intermediate level- **Experience & Skills**:

- Ability to co-ordinate and prioritise management diaries
- Working under pressure and own initiative with mínimal supervision
