We are exited to announce a job opportunity at Wye Bakehouse for an experienced baker

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate person to join our growing bakery team with a proven track record working in a small artisan bakery environment.

You should have a good knowledge of producing high quality continental breads and pastries.

Experience with long fermentation (yeasted and sourdough), laminated products, enriched doughs and seasonal products are essential.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for baking and is a team player.

This is a full-time position covering all aspects of baking within a busy artisan bakery.
- **Wye Bakehouse**_ is an award-winning small craft bakery in the market town of Bakewell. We bake sourdough breads and artisan pastries for our onsite bakery and to local businesses within the Peak District National Park and the surrounding areas.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
