**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a digital environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with user experience (UX) principles and design thinking.
