A hybrid role where you manage your own diary. This is a great charity to work for who love to develop their staff. In this role they will fund your level 5 in leadership and management. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a proper leadership role who might have had some experience before.

You will be joining a national charity whose focus is to support people with learning disabilities or learning difficulties such as autism. You will be managing their Traineeship programme, which has established employers on board.

You will be managing 2 Tutors, who deliver on site on employer premises. And then 2 employment case workers who support the learners into employment opportunities. You will oversee and manage the project. Which will include:

- Teaching and learning observations ensuring high quality delivery.
- Overseeing the referral process
- Liaising with the employers who have joined the programme
- Manage finances and safeguarding whilst ensuring the team performs

You must have come from an education / traineeship / apprenticeship or employability background. And will have ideally managed staff (but not essential). You might have previously worked as an internal verifier, senior tutor, functional skills tutor, employability tutor, or assessor.
