Job Summary
As a **CRM/ERP Support**, you will work closely with our existing team of CRM/ERP Administrators to provide first-line support to users globally. Resolving day-to-day issues and maintaining data quality through regular audits and cleansing. You’ll manage user access, assist with basic system configurations, and support the roll-out of new features. The role involves creating user documentation, delivering training, generating reports, and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll act as a link between end users and technical teams, ensuring smooth operation and adoption of the CRM/ERP systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for users of the bespoke CRM system and NetSuite ERP.]Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP, CRM, and other digital systems and platforms, addressing issues and escalating them when necessary.
- Collaborate with other digital team members and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices.
- Monitor and ensure the performance, security, and integrity of digital systems, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Assist with the integration of digital systems with other platforms, such as CRM, e-commerce, marketing, and analytics platforms.
- Provide training and documentation for digital systems to end users and other digital team members.
- Stay updated on the latest digital features, functionality, and best practices, and recommend improvements and enhancements to optimise our digital systems.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Apt in digital support, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a digital first line support role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of digital system configuration, customisation, and integration.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and quality, and commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
