**Regional Sales Director - Essex Region**

Our client is a renown Financial Services organisation that has built a robust reputation over the years, providing both property and financial services to their clients across the UK.

**This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager / Sales Director to manage an existing team of 11 successful Mortgage Advisers that are generating £1m+ per annum across 10 offices.**

**We will consider a successful Sales Managers from a Banking environment**

**Requirements**:

- Full CeMAP or industry equivalent
- Experience of managing within an independent Estate Agency or Brokerage environment
- Demonstrable track record of managing and growing a team of Mortgage Advisers / Mortgage Brokers.
- Excellent understanding of your local market movement, activities, and competitors
- A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills
- Driven to work smart and hard and reap the rewards from your dedication
- Has a growth mindset to take on more responsibilities.

What’s on offer?
- Basic annual salary of up to £50k (negotiable)
- OTE of £80k+ (Uncapped)
- Company car or car allowance (£450 p/m)
- A guaranteed monthly bonus whilst settling in (Up to 6 months)
- Override on business generated via the Mortgage Adviser team.
- Quarterly bonuses based on Sales Quality and Compliance
- An additional year-end bonus
- Dedicated training and coaching to support your ongoing development
